Yale produces a great variety of Narrow Aisle forklifts which can help to make best use of a companies storage density. Ideally suited for case picking and pallet handling, these very narrow aisle forklifts can operated in spaces of 16 feet to 55 feet. Yale spotlights the NTA for high density warehousing which requires maximum throughput. These kinds of forklifts are often used to maximize effectiveness and improve overall production. They work well for locations that have floor to ceiling storage in both retail and warehousing spaces.

NTA Productivity Enhancements
AC Motor Technology: The AC Motor Technology offers responsive directional changes, has high starting torque and smooth rapid acceleration.

CANbus Controller: The CANbus technology could decrease the electrical connections by 25 percent and wiring by 40 percent. This results in improved visibility through the mast and enhanced dependability.

Auto Deceleration System: The Auto Deceleration System reduces operator fatigue, helps to improve efficiency and eliminates the need to manually apply the service brake.

Thermal Management System: The Thermal Management System would continually monitor the component temperature and adjust truck performance accordingly. This would enable the lift truck to run longer and cooler.

Smart-Glide Height Sensing System: The Smart-Glide Height Sensing System provides step-less speed control technology. This is done by optimizing maximum travel speed at various fork heights. This results in faster travel speeds, better acceleration and therefore, increased overall efficiency.

Quad & Tri Form Mast: The Quad and Tri Form Mast are a stiff and heavy mast that provides stability for the operator by minimizing deflection.

180 Degree Rotating Turret Head: This rotating turret head enables the operator to easily service both sides of the aisle. This set-up maximizes storage density.

Electronically Programmable Pantograph: This system would eliminate the "double-biting" situations which happen at pick up and deposit stations. The variable stroke length is responsible for stopping this time-consuming process.

For each warehouse, it is essential to bear in mind that their is no one-size fits all solution. Yale has made various forklift modifications in order to meet the continually varying requirements of its clients and their varying jobs. Yale offers a huge list of specific forklift enhancements to increase the warehouse output. These features are offered along with standard and optional lift truck features.

Yale offer some features which are considered "extra's" by other makers. Keeping operators completely safe and comfortable are a few of the company's key concerns. Yale understands that if operators are both comfortable and safe, their output levels are really enhanced.
